I  am the Senior Staff Attorney for Friends of the Columbia Gorge. My principal area of practice is the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Act and related rules. Other areas include Oregon and Washington land use and zoning, NEPA, SEPA, administrative law, energy siting, forest practices, wildlife, endangered species, and nonprofit corporations.
